Let’s rewind to when I was just six years old. While most kids were enjoying birthday cake and party games, I was orchestrating a pajama party meets beauty session for my friends, styling their hair like a pint-sized professional. Fast forward a decade, and I was juggling high school and working as a receptionist at a high-end salon.
Little did I know, that front-desk gig would be my springboard into the world of hairdressing. After college and cosmetology school, my destiny was crystal clear: creating a salon that's as memorable as my early stylistic endeavors.

Now, let’s talk about the name of our salon. When it came time to name the space, I wanted to honor my three wonderful boys: Charles Martin Glaser, Benjamin Thomas Glaser, and William Edward Glaser. Inspired by the tradition of prestigious salons around the world sporting grand male names, I thought, “Why not pay homage to my own little gentlemen?” Thus, Charles W. Thomas Salon was born—a unique blend of their first names, middle names, and initials.
Meet the stars of the show: Charlie, our eldest, who’s a social butterfly and skier extraordinaire—definitely inherited his stylish flair from me. Then there’s Ben, the middle child, who’s basically a doppelgänger of his mom and an ace soccer player. And last but not least, there’s Will, our sweet and funny baby, who brings joy to everyone around him but on the soccer pitch he is fierce!
